Quartz products do not require sealants, and its non-porous surface makes it a durable, sanitary option for kitchens or bathrooms.
Pro Quartz countertops are easy to maintain. For day-to-day cleaning, a regular cloth and warm water should be used, adding mild dish detergent if needed.
Pro Quartz countertops should not be exposed to harsh chemicals and certain cleaning products like bleach, oven cleaners, paint removers, furniture strippers, tarnish or silver cleaners. Do not use abrasive scrub pads. Do not apply any sealers, penetrants, or topical treatments to your Pro Quartz countertop, as these products will wear off and cause the surface to appear dull. Quartz countertops are heat resistant but not heat proof, so they may not withstand excessive heat. That is why we recommend the use of trivets or heating pads to guard the countertop surface against direct exposure to hot cookware or coffee pots.
Pro Quartz is a durable material that is resistant to surface damage. However, no stone is chip proof and can be damaged by objects hitting the edges, particularly at sinks or dishwashers.
To ensure your products will provide you with a lifetime of beauty and utility, proper maintenance is crucial.
